Free Fuel Vouchers

Wintry, cold weather means an increase in energy bills, but we’re able to offer free fuel vouchers of up to £300 to help you which will mean that you’re not so worried about turning your heating on this winter.

After an advice call from one of our advisers, the vouchers will be issued by email, text message or sent to you and can be redeemed through your energy provider, or off-grid fuel provider.

Free Draughtproofing

Sorry, the free draughtproofing is fully subscribed.

Stopping unwanted cold air coming from around doors and windows makes your home warmer, cosier and cheaper to heat. Draughtproofing can save up to £45 a year, and an extra £65 if you have an open chimney.

For more info on stopping unwanted draughts in your home, check out our fact sheet.

Free Energy Efficient Appliances

Old, inefficient appliances can be a real drain on your home energy bill. We can replace existing appliances like fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers and also could recommend and provide microwaves, air fryers, electric blankets and dehumidifiers.

Your requirements will be assessed by our advisers during a home visit and the appliances will be delivered, installed and checked by at a convenient time, and that we’d arrange that for you.
