What happens when you apply for someone else or make a referral
The person you are applying on behalf of will get a call from our Customer Service Team, to book an appointment with an independent, trusted Home Energy Adviser. They will call or visit at the agreed time and provide in-depth advice specific to them.
If the person you are applying on behalf of is eligible for other support or services, the adviser will discuss these with them and can refer them to the relevant organisations.
