What happens when you apply

You’ll get a call from our Customer Service Team, to book an appointment for you with an independent, trusted Home Energy Adviser. They will call or visit you at the agreed time and provide in-depth advice specific to you.

If you’re eligible for other support or services, the adviser will discuss these with you and can refer you to the organisations providing them.
