Oil fired central heating to radiators throughout, boiler located in the basement.
Fireplaces to main living rooms; that to the rear dining kitchen has a multi fuel stove, but otherwise not used.

HOUSE C
Location / Type
Late C20th barn conversion into a number of smaller units.
Located on the edge of a village within a Conservation area.
Courtyard to front. Fell to rear and side with paths off the
fell into the village running in front of the property.

Slate, re-roofed as part of conversion, with insulation between rafters.
First floor rooms open to lined out underside.

Rubble stonework with lime pointing and injected dpc.
Ground floor
Mix of tiled and carpeted flooring on insulated solid concrete floor.
Interior
C20th partitioning, principle living rooms have exposed stonework to exterior walls. Modern paint and plaster elsewhere.
