The Age of Stupid – Film screening & discussion

Show large map

Even 10 years on since the first release of The Age of Stupid, the film remains directly relevant to our time.

Pete Postlethwaite stars as an archivist in a devastated world at an unknown point in the future, asking why we didn’t stop climate change while we had the chance. He looks back on archive footage from 2008, showing all the undeniable signs of climate change and highlighting the lack of action by world governments to tackle it in time.

This free screening and discussion, hosted by Miller Clear Architects, gives a whole new audience the opportunity to see this seminal film, as humankind enters our final decade to stop runaway climate change and avoid a devastating future.

A short panel discussion with invited guests will follow the screening of this film.

Please book directly with the Alhambra Keswick Cinema 017687 72195.
